Mobile CIP Station

The clean-in-place (CIP) station is designed for the in-place cleaning of fermenters, vessels, and pipelines. The system is fully automated and can clean tanks with volumes from 20 to 250 liters according to a user-programmed program. The CIP station consists of two tanks with a capacity of 120 liters each, a steam heat exchanger, two centrifugal pumps (feed and return), two peristaltic pumps, acid and alkali feed bottles, a control unit, and instrumentation (temperature, pressure, and conductivity sensors). A cleaning-in-place (CIP) station is high-quality equipment for cleaning bioreactors and pipelines. It is equipped with a process control system and is made of stainless steel.

Standard Requirements:

- 316L stainless steel for contacting parts
- AISI 304 stainless steel for other parts
- Roughness Ra≤0.8 µm

The station includes two 120-liter vessels, an operating pressure of up to 3 bar, and a maximum temperature of +85°C. The equipment is equipped with pumps and pressure, temperature, and conductivity sensors.
