Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

For AFK Sistema and Sistema-BioTech LLC, on the territory of the MOSMEDPARK Technopark, work is underway to repair and equip the existing rooms with engineering systems and equipment located on the 5th floor of Building 11 of the MOSMEDPARK Technopark in Moscow. These premises will house an innovative biotechnological R&D laboratory. An agreement to carry out design work on repairing and equipping existing premises with engineering systems within the framework of this project with Sistema-BioTech LLC was concluded in early April 2020. From May 1, the company’s specialists started dismantling, and a field meeting was held at the customer’s office with representatives of investors and employees of the future medical laboratory. Issues related to technological solutions, space-planning solutions, as well as issues of financing the facility and legal aspects were discussed. By May 22, INEX specialists and workers successfully prepared the construction site of the facility, carried out demolition work, strengthened the structure, and also removed dust from surfaces. Work at the facility continues.
