Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

Our company is working on a project of a laboratory for microbiological analysis, a vivarium, as well as a laboratory for physical and chemical analysis. An agreement was reached with CCC Biolife LLC and a contract was concluded for the provision of design documentation for the Working Documentation stage for the redevelopment of a room for the organization of a microbiological laboratory, physico-chemical laboratory and vivarium in the non-residential building of MOSMEDPARK Technopark in Moscow. A dismantling plan was agreed upon, and a contract for dismantling was signed. The acceptance certificate of the construction site is signed. Dismantling work, which began at the end of March 2020, was completed by early May. The site is prepared for the further implementation of the project (installation of engineering systems), all the features of the facility are taken into account, which is reflected in the technical report, final work on dust removal of surfaces was carried out. Specialists of INEX Group successfully passed the construction site of CCC Biolife LLC.
