Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

In January 2020, the company’s specialists began to carry out a set of works on the organization of the transmission of data from controlled systems, as well as the creation of an engineering control, dispatch and notification system (SCADA) on the territory of the Federal State Budget Institution VNIIZZH, Vladimir. After completing the preparatory work with the documentation, an on-site visual inspection of the facility was carried out and a technical report was drawn up on the current state of affairs at the facility. Control algorithms based on source data are developed and agreed. In early April 2020, work was carried out to create an integrated dispatch system for engineering equipment and laboratory technical systems with access to the control room. By the end of May, it became possible to analyze the processes reflected in the SCADA system. An interim report was created, as well as a visualization of the process views. In addition, a meeting was held, within the framework of which a protocol was drawn up, in which the already achieved results of work were noted.
