Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents
As part of the project implementation, and in accordance with the approved Technical Assignment and contract terms, the construction of a prefabricated modular building is underway. This facility is specifically designed to house a disinfection and decontamination station for liquid waste (effluents) belonging to pathogenicity groups III–IV.
The building is engineered to accommodate a containerized thermal wastewater treatment unit, ensuring the sterilization of biohazardous effluents generated during the operation of facilities handling pathogenic biological agents. The applied technological solutions focus on providing reproducible and controlled thermal treatment cycles in strict compliance with sanitary-epidemiological and biosafety requirements.
To date, foundational works have been completed, including site preparation, excavation, sand bedding, formwork installation, reinforcement, and concrete pouring. This has established a robust structural base for the facility. The project is now transitioning to the next phase: the erection of the building frame according to the approved schedule.
The project is being executed in alignment with Quality Risk Management (QRM) principles, with a strategic focus on subsequent Qualification and Validation of engineering systems (IQ / OQ / PQ). The design solutions are treated as critical from both a sanitary and regulatory oversight perspective.
INEX provides comprehensive project management, coordinating design and technical solutions, and confirms readiness for the subsequent stages of facility realization in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline.
