Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

On October 16, 2023, an agreement was signed between INEX and Shchelkovo Agrokhim JSC - a new stage of cooperation with a regular customer. The purpose of the work is a detailed design for the “Finished Products Warehouse” facility for the production site in room 304, building 115, workshop No. 1 of Shchelkovo Agrokhim JSC at the address: Moscow region, Shchelkovo, st. Zavodskaya, 2.
Separate storage of finished products in quarantine, finished pharmaceutical products, defective products and returnable products is provided.
Storage is organized in accordance with the requirements of current standards and regulations:
- GOST R 52249–2009 “Rules for the production and quality control of medicines.”
- “GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices Questions and Answers. Warehouse zones”, Vol. 1. M., 2002. C168, O.E. Nifantiev, E.O. Nifantiev.
The warehouse provides for maintaining appropriate temperature and humidity storage conditions (temperature up to +250C, humidity up to 60%), lighting, etc.
The warehouse provides for separate storage by type of stored products under conditions that meet the requirements reflected in the regulatory and technical documentation. Warehousing is carried out on racks in 2 or 4 tiers, arranged in rows and ensuring complete selectivity of the stored material.
When storing products, the principle of color marking without physical movement is applied.
The warehouse has the following zones:
- area for receiving finished products and issuing them;
- control storage area;
- finished product storage area;
- storage area for returnable products;
- defect storage area.
Particular importance is given to the section on deratization of warehouse premises.
Also on November 8, 2023, the HVAC section was submitted for approval.
During the course of cooperation, the customer’s representatives consistently demonstrated absolute involvement in the discussion of current issues, which this time, we are confident, will allow us to quickly complete the assigned tasks.
