Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

In October 2023, a meeting was held at the head office of Shchelkovo Agrokhim JSC, in which representatives of Project Consult LLC, Tse-Tech company and the customer Betaren Pharma LLC took part.  

The following questions were brought up for discussion: 

• the progress of the design of the building for the design of finished medicinal products (FMD) in the city of Dubna, the scope of work performed as part of the development of the concept project and the “P” stage project. Particular attention was paid to developing a risk analysis taking into account the possible combination of drugs. We determined the completeness of the study, taking into account the toxicological properties of the FPPs planned for release, and the possibility of complete cleaning of equipment and production facilities to avoid the risk of contamination.
• obtaining a license for a previously designed site for the production of active pharmaceutical substances “Ipidacrine” (APS “Ipidacrine”) on the premises of JSC Shchelkovo Agrokhim.

Specialists from Project Consult LLC periodically travel to the Shchelkovo Agrokhim site, where they supervise the installation of “clean” rooms and technological equipment at the site for the production of the Ipidacrine API.
