Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

Work continues on the design of a production site for the purification of a technical pharmaceutical substance that will be used for the production of finished dosage forms. The customer of the project is Schelkovo Agrokhim JSC, on the existing premises of which it is planned to organize a line for the production of pharmaceutical components and finished products, both for Schelkovo Agrokhim JSC itself and for delivery to third-party pharmaceutical companies.

The general designer is the INEX Group of Companies, the technological part of the project is carried out by the Federal Budgetary Institution "State Institute of Medicines and Good Practices" (FBU "SID&NP").

As part of the project, specialists from both partner structures developed a universal technological scheme for the production of pharmaceutical substances, including chemical purification, crystallization, filtration, drying, grinding, packaging and packaging. Tripartite conference, including incl. of the Customer's specialists made it possible to quickly and comprehensively discuss the issues of project organization, determine planning solutions, principles for selecting process equipment, distribute design tasks and identify key specialists for designing adjacent sections of the project.
