Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

A business trip to the enterprise LLC "TT-FOODPAK" and an audit of the existing production line were carried out by INEX specialists. The task was set to organize two production buildings for the production and packaging of food products within the technological cycle of "clean" production. INEX specialists started developing a technological solution for designing a production line in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO 14644 "Clean rooms and related controlled environments".

The company produces freeze-dried food products with primary packing and packaging. The technological cycle involves the processing of fruits, berries, mushrooms, meat, fish and other food raw materials.

A separate design task is the organization of a technological line and the design of a “clean” production of laminated paper for pharmaceutical and food production.
