Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

As part of the commissioning of the facility “Overhaul of the PCR laboratory, Moscow, st. Kuryanovskaya 1st, 34, building 8, fl. 1 room II" specialists of the INEX Company developed working documentation, agreed on technological equipment and estimates, and carried out installation work. Molecular diagnostic laboratories of Amplitec LLC conduct research using nucleic acid amplification methods in the study of material containing (suspicious for content) microorganisms of pathogenicity groups III-IV. The production laboratory fully complies with the regulatory documentation of the Russian Federation and GLP (Rules of Good Laboratory Practice of the Eurasian Economic Union GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICE). The PCR laboratory is equipped with engineering systems and equipment that meet the requirements of SanPiN 3.3686-21. "Sanitary rules and norms Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the prevention of infectious diseases". Commissioning is carried out on the basis of a positive conclusion of the sanitary and epidemiological examination of the facility by specialists from the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. After the expert assessment, INEX specialists made the necessary changes to the project documentation and planning solutions. The PCR laboratory of Amplitec LLC was put into operation.
