Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

The design documentation for the facility was handed over to the Customer in accordance with the work schedule. Technological solutions are developed in accordance with the basic requirements of GMP GOST R 52249-2009 "Rules for the production and quality control of medicines" and on the basis of current regulatory and technical documents:

The proposed site provides for the organization of the following premises:

• Material preparation and primary packaging room;
• The room for the preparation of solutions, bottling and capping;
• Inspection, labeling and group packaging room;
• Raw material storage and control storage.

Technological solutions adopted in the project provide the necessary measures for creating conditions that exclude the possibility of the formation of unacceptable concentrations of harmful substances in the air of the working area: general ventilation, equipment sealing, monitoring the state of the environment in operating and equipped states.
