Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

A business trip of specialists of the INEX Company took place in the city of Chita to the enterprise "Zabaikalsky Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor". The task was set to install a system for disinfecting wastewater of 3-4 pathogenicity groups. As part of the working visit to the facility, surveys of the facility were carried out, data were collected for the installation of the decontamination unit UTOS-6000 of INEX's own production.

The testing laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Zabaikalsky Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor" uses the most modern methods of laboratory research, has high-tech equipment, as well as leading specialists working in the field of quality control and safety of animal and plant products, agricultural products, seeds, soils, agrochemicals, environmental objects , in order to determine the quality and safety. "Zabaikalsky Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor" is accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service as a technically competent and independent Testing Laboratory in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17025. The scope of accreditation covers research in the field of quarantine and plant protection, seed production, agrochemistry, soil fertility, quality and safety of grain, cereals, feed and components for their production, as well as by-products of grain processing, veterinary medicine. The institution is licensed by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare to work with microorganisms of pathogenicity groups 3-4 and helminths, and has also received accreditation in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (GOST ISO/IEC 17025- 2009), in the Association of Analytical Centers "Analitika", which gives the right to conduct research that is recognized in all countries-participants of the International Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and European Accreditation Cooperation (EA) agreements.

The UTOS-600 decontamination system chosen by the Customer fully meets the modern requirements of the Russian production and research sectors of the market: 100% disinfection of pathogenic environments while saving energy, the possibility of sterilizing wastewater directly on site, high performance, safety, the ability to control temperatures and times, and ease of control. The wastewater decontamination unit UTOS-6000, designed and built by INEX Company, is fully assembled from Russian units and components, which complies with the state import substitution program.
