Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"
Completed the stage of technical documentation approval. INEX specialists have started the installation of equipment and commissioning of the premises of the pharmaceutical production of LLC "Veropharm". Clean rooms created in production solve the problems of studying the stability of pharmaceutical substances and manufactured drugs.
To date, a significant amount of work has been completed:
- Sealed enclosing structures
- Organization of the temperature regime inside the premises (from 23 to 27 ℃)
- Organization of a controlled range of indoor humidity (from 55 to 65%)
INEX specialists will carry out installation and commissioning works on the following blocks of work:
- Installation of equipment for general ventilation,
- Installation of humidification equipment,
- Installation of temperature maintenance equipment,
- Installation of equipment for mixing indoor air with a multiplicity of 10 to 20.
- Installation of air ducts and all connected media,
- Installation of a cassette metal ceiling with hermetic sealing and the possibility of replacing luminaires,
- Supply and installation of stainless steel perforated racks
- Installation of temperature and humidity sensors for monitoring environmental parameters,
- Installation of the equipment operation control system,
- Premises electrification, including cable laying
