Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

On October 1, 2021, a positive conclusion was received from the State Expertise on the object for the object "2 (ventilation systems in axes 8-16, A-Z)" of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH". The examination of the project documentation was carried out by the State Autonomous Institution of the Vladimir Region "Vladimir Territorial Administration of State Non-departmental Expertise".
INEX Company has completed the design of the facility for the creation of clean rooms for the Customer. The goal of the project was to create laboratories in accordance with the requirements of GMP and SP 1.3.2322-08 Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules. "Safety of work with microorganisms of III-IV groups of pathogenicity (danger) and pathogens of parasitic diseases" (normative document in force at the time of design).
As part of the task of preparing the object for obtaining the conclusion of the State Expertise, INEX Company completed the following design objects:
- Ventilation and air conditioning systems;
- Heating and cooling systems for air handling units;
- Power supply system for air handling units;
- Air handling units humidification system;
- Automation system for supply and exhaust installations;
- Engineering equipment dispatching system;
The Federal Center for Animal Health Protection (FGBI "ARRIAH") is a leading Russian developer of veterinary drugs, food additives and animal feed. Currently, FGBI ARRIAH produces diagnostic kits and vaccines against diseases of cattle, pigs, birds, wild carnivores: more than 100 types of products, including about 78 types of vaccines, 21 names of diagnostic kits and 7 types of chemotherapeutic drugs, which protected by 97 patents of the Russian Federation. FGBI "ARRIAH" conducts an anti-corruption policy and does not allow corruption in its work, which undoubtedly requires the partners of FGBI "ARRIAH" to match its level of qualifications, competence and professional responsibility.
At present, the specialists of INEX Company are starting the implementation of this object.
