Customer: Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH"
INEX company carries out work on adjusting the design of the construction of a vivarium at the laboratory and diagnostic building of the Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" in the Republic of Crimea.
The project for the reconstruction of the vivarium is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of SP 1.3.2322-08 Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules. "Safety of work with microorganisms of III-IV groups of pathogenicity (danger) and pathogens of parasitic diseases."
Inactivation of solid waste of the "infectious" zone is provided directly in the departments, for which the corresponding pass-through autoclaves are installed.
In this regard, the waste disposal department previously provided for in the basement, which was previously referred to as the "contagious" zone, has been redesigned.
The original waste processing regulations at the enterprise had a number of design restrictions for the development of "cleaner" production. In the basement of the building there is a block of premises for storing and processing neutralized waste, consisting of premises for temporary storage and processing of waste, premises for temporary storage of processed waste and office and amenity premises of the personnel working in this block. Waste is delivered by a conditionally dirty elevator from 1-2 floors, recycled using specialized equipment, and then unloaded into a temporary storage room for recycled waste and then onto the street, from where it is transported in accordance with the internal regulations of the organization as household waste. The staff enters the block through a separate entrance from the street using the stairs. The exit of personnel from the "dirty" premises to the clean area is provided through a dressing room with a shower, designed as a sanitary access control. In this regard, the sections of the project are being adjusted.
A chemical decontamination unit is being developed to inactivate liquid waste from the "contagious" zone. The installation includes a collection-storage, a container for inactivation with chemical reagents, pumps. After inactivation, a sample is taken, an analysis is carried out for the completeness of inactivation. After receiving a positive test result, the effluents are fed into the sewer.
At the moment, the project is being examined by the FAU "GLAVGOSEXPERTIZA Rossi".
