Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

Since July 2021, design work has begun on the following facilities of the Armavir Biological Factory: "Production of anaerobic drugs and freeze drying", "Vivarium, volovnya, perimeter fencing".

Within the framework of the project, a technical assignment has been developed, a full cycle of design and survey work is being carried out, and joint activities are carried out with enterprises that carried out preliminary survey work. The project was preceded by several workshops with the management and leading specialists of the enterprise. On the spot, an acquaintance with the current state of the facility, the operating production and volovnya was carried out. Particular attention was paid to expectations and plans for the development of new areas, design prospects, design boundaries at the GPK. The issues of design at the GPK, design of a vivarium, a volovnaya, a waste disposal facility were discussed.

Armavir Biological Factory, one of the oldest enterprises in Russia (founded in 1919) is a dynamically developing production of medical products for animals. The Armavir biofactory is an isolated enterprise that does not border on large settlements, has a production base, its own land, a subsidiary farm, its own water supply, a steam boiler room, treatment facilities, and a connection with a large railway junction in Armavir. This makes it possible to develop the production of both means of active immunization of animals, diagnostic kits, therapeutic and therapeutic preparations based on the blood of donor animals, as well as bacterial and viral preparations requiring the use of new technologies and modern equipment. It was these two directions that were identified as the main ones for the development of the factory in the coming years.

FKP "Armavir Biofabrika" produces more than eighty names of immunobiological preparations, including vaccines, participating in the system of state orders for the provision of antiepisodic measures in the Russian Federation.

Since 2002, the production of sterile medical products, included in the list of vital and important medicines, has been organized at the FKP "Armavir Biofabrika". More than 25 names of medicines are produced in strict accordance with the International GMP requirements and Russian legislation.

To date, design and survey work carried out by the specialists of the INEX company covers the following areas of development and reconstruction of the Armavir Biological Factory:

• Organization of production of anaerobic sterile drugs.
• Organization of production of lyophilized drugs (VGNKI dry cultural virus vaccine against Aujeszky's disease).
• Reconstruction of the wave line for blood sampling from cattle, separation of blood into fibrin, serum and uniform elements, organization of the release of globulin and albumin fractions.
• Organization of a vivarium, taking into account the work with microorganisms of 2, 3-4 groups of pathogenicity, a block for checking manufactured drugs subject to control for pyrogenicity and toxicity.
