Installation, commissioning and certification of the module of "clean" rooms, technological communications and technical networks of engineering support (module) are in progress. Design of modernization of engineering networks, installation, commissioning and certification of the "clean" room module of the Solid dosage forms production line (building No. 2, rooms No. 114, 115, 116a, 116b) (Moscow region, Khimki)
Design work at the facility began in April 2020, then preparations began for the acceptance of the site and the start of the installation of engineering networks and general construction works.
By mid-September 2020, the installation of a complex of clean rooms, as well as ventilation, has been completed.
On September 18, independent experts-validators appeared on the site and conducted a preliminary assessment of the quality of design solutions (dq) and the quality of installation (iq). The quality of the work was recognized as high.
In early October 2020, INEX specialists began commissioning of the ventilation system. A SCADA system was introduced to control the system by a dispatcher.
Work at the facility continues.
