Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

Redevelopment of 6-7 floors of the non-residential building of the Technopark "MOSMEDPARK" at the address: Moscow, st. 1st Kuryanovskaya, 34, bldg. 11 to accommodate a microbiological analysis laboratory, a vivarium, a physicochemical analysis laboratory, as well as office premises.

INEX is working on a project for a microbiological analysis laboratory, a vivarium, as well as a physicochemical analysis laboratory. An agreement was reached with CKK Biolife LLC and a contract was signed for the provision of services for the development of design documentation for the "Working Documentation" stage for redevelopment of premises for the organization of a microbiological laboratory, a physical-chemical laboratory and a vivarium in the non-residential building of the Technopark "MOSMEDPARK" in Moscow. Work on the project began in the spring of 2020.

In September 2020, the installation of engineering networks was completed at the site. The installation of cleanroom structures has started - gypsum panels on a frame subsystem. Doors of medical and fire-prevention design (own production of INEX Company) are installed.

09/15/2020 at the site, a meeting of responsible executors was held, an internal audit of the quality of construction and installation works, as well as a comparative analysis of design solutions and executive schemes, was formed, as-built documentation for the amount of work performed.

Also in September of this year, pass-through autoclaves for 300 l (vivarium) and 100 l (microbiology) were delivered to the future laboratory for work in the infectious zone.
